Ibiza’s first official beach day.

Saturday we were both doing administration inside the conservatory, although the weather was marvoulous. We knew, but we were busy. I had to sent in all my info for the scooter insurance and was working on my new business I started two weeks ago (sorry, can’t tell you more about it, this is still a secret) and Johan was on job search and writing 9 emails to Ibiza companies. Of course we walked the dogs in the sun, we ate lunch in the sun, but for the rest of the day we were inside.
Around five in the afternoon Johan read an article on Ibiza Vandaag and he said:
“Today is Ibiza’s fist official beach day! It is 24 degrees and beach clubs opened their doors!”
“Oh … and we are sitting inside?”
“Yeah how stupid! Let’s go to Es Cavallet beach … muy rapido!”
And so we did. There were a lot of cars on the parking of El Chiringuito. People were playing volley ball without a shirt and I even saw a father running behind his kids in his underwear.
We played with the dogs for a while.
“Oops, we missed a beautiful day on the beach!” I said to Johan.
“Tomorrow one leisure day … please?” he asked me.
“Yes lieffie, tomorrow we go to our first opening party! The Atzaro Fiesta de la Primavera”
And I was reading the flyer: “Celebrating life”
“Well, let us celebrate life tomorrow!” Johan said.
